1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Stacy’s Home is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and components must be intact
  • No signs of wear, assembly, or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

While we aim to accommodate returns, the following may not be eligible:

  • Assembled or used outdoor furniture
  • Items damaged due to misuse, weather exposure, or improper handling
  • Products missing parts, packaging, or accessories
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Final sale or clearance items

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@stacyshome.com with your order number
  2. Provide reason for return
  3. Await return authorization and instructions
  4. Securely package the item
  5. Ship to the return address provided
  6. Include your order number inside the package

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Stacy’s Home is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

You will receive confirmation via email once your refund is issued.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact support@stacyshome.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Do not assemble or use the item

We will investigate and provide a resolution (replacement or refund).

7. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties associated with returns.

Refunds will be issued in the original currency and may vary due to exchange rates.

8. REPLACEMENTS

If you would like a replacement:

  • Contact us within 30 days
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless item is defective
  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly

9. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Stacy’s Home reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet eligibility requirements
  • Show signs of use or damage
  • Are returned outside the 30-day window
  • Lack proof of purchase

10. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

11. REFUND TIMELINES

Processing Time: 5–7 business days after inspection
Bank Posting Time: 5–10 business days depending on provider

12. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny future purchases
